VendorLink is a business application for vendors to view product, outlet, stock, and related vendor information linked to their vendor account. VendorLink accounts are created and managed by an administrator or store operator. Users cannot create accounts directly inside the app.

This Privacy Policy explains how VTJ TRADING handles information when you visit this website, communicate with us, or use the VendorLink mobile application.

2. Information we collect

• Account information, such as your login email, name, vendor profile details, account status, role permissions, session records, and security audit logs.
• Vendor-related business data, such as products linked to your vendor account, stock balances, outlet information, product prices, commission information, inventory records, and related operational records.
• Authentication information needed to sign you in, keep your session active, and protect account access.

3. Information we do not intentionally collect

VendorLink does not intentionally collect location data, contacts, camera data, microphone data, photos, advertising identifiers, or payment card information.

VendorLink currently does not use analytics, advertising tracking, or crash reporting services. If analytics or crash reporting services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what data is collected and how it is used.

5. How accounts are created

VendorLink accounts are created by an administrator or store operator. Users cannot create accounts directly inside the app.

If you need account access removed, corrected, or deleted, contact the administrator or store operator who created the account, or contact VTJ TRADING using the details in this policy.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell personal data. We may share or process information only where reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.

• Administrators, store operators, authorized staff, and authorized business users who need access to operate VendorLink, support vendors, maintain records, or protect the platform.
• Vendors, but only through role-based access to information linked to their own account.
• Service providers that help us operate hosting, backend infrastructure, databases, email, support, security, monitoring, backups, and related business tools.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, banks, accounting providers, and compliance providers where needed for legitimate business purposes.
• Government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or integrity.
• A buyer, investor, or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets.

Some business, accounting, audit, security, support, or operational records may need to be retained even after account access is removed or disabled.

Users may request account access removal, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting the administrator or store operator who created the account, or by contacting VTJ TRADING at admin@vendorlink.my.
